PCF11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,393 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCF11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSF1, RPL4, and RPL5. Each is linked with PCF11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCF11-to-partner and partner-to-PCF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCF11 versus RSF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
