PCF11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCF11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,609 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDIAS, XPO5, and USP21. Each is linked with PCF11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCF11-to-partner and partner-to-PCF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCF11 versus DDIAS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
