PCF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL3, HNRNPF, and MCM10. Each is linked with PCF11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCF11-to-partner and partner-to-PCF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL3 grouped by PCF11-low versus PCF11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
