PCF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCF11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are cIAP, MEK1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PCF11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCF11-to-partner and partner-to-PCF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, cIAP grouped by PCF11-low versus PCF11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
