Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,387 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCF11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule. Each is linked with PCF11 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCF11-to-partner and partner-to-PCF11 results are reported.
