PCED1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCED1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,606 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCED1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CENPB, ZCCHC3, and NSFL1C. Each is linked with PCED1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCED1A-to-partner and partner-to-PCED1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCED1A versus CENPB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCED1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCED1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
