PCED1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCED1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCED1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02464, RNU6-270P, and RNU6-33P. Each is linked with PCED1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCED1A-to-partner and partner-to-PCED1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02464 grouped by PCED1A-low versus PCED1A-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCED1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCED1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
