Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCED1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,944 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCED1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with PCED1A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCED1A-to-partner and partner-to-PCED1A results are reported.
