PCED1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCED1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCED1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCEAL6, TCF21, and SLITRK3. Each is linked with PCED1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCED1A-to-partner and partner-to-PCED1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCEAL6 grouped by PCED1A-low versus PCED1A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCED1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCED1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
