PCDHGC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM21, MMP12, and UQCRC1. Each is linked with PCDHGC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGC4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM21 grouped by PCDHGC4-low versus PCDHGC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
