PCDHGC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,565 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP2, KANK2, and LRP1. Each is linked with PCDHGC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGC3-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHGC3 versus TIMP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
