Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCDHGB6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PCDHGB6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher PCDHGB6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCDHGB6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.

ESCA, READ, and COAD are the cancer types where PCDHGB6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
