The most reproducible PCDHGB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of telomere capping, Positive regulation of autophagosome assembly, and Positive regulation of Wnt signaling pathway. Each is linked with PCDHGB4 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGB4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGB4 results are reported.
