Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHGB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFAND1, RIPK2, and ANXA13. Each is linked with PCDHGB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGB4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHGB4 versus ZFAND1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
