Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,148 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHGB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, CEP55, and CDCA2. Each is linked with PCDHGB4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGB4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPG grouped by PCDHGB4-low versus PCDHGB4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
