Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGB4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHGB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with PCDHGB4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGB4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by PCDHGB4-low versus PCDHGB4-high in STAD.
