PCDHGB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,992 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1B, SRIP1, and MTMR4. Each is linked with PCDHGB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGB2-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1B grouped by PCDHGB2-low versus PCDHGB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
