PCDHGB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,021 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Insulin-like growth factor receptor signaling pathway, Histone mRNA metabolic process, and Calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion via plasma membrane cell adhesion molecules. Each is linked with PCDHGB1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGB1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Insulin-like growth factor receptor signaling pathway grouped by PCDHGB1-low versus PCDHGB1-high in THYM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
