PCDHGB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,015 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS2L1, TSPY26P, and LIN54. Each is linked with PCDHGB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGB1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L1 grouped by PCDHGB1-low versus PCDHGB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
