PCDHGA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,890 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA6, UQCRH, and SRSF4. Each is linked with PCDHGA7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA7-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA6 grouped by PCDHGA7-low versus PCDHGA7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
