PCDHGA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDHGA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,175 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, MAGEB4, and NUP210L. Each is linked with PCDHGA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA7-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR101 grouped by PCDHGA7-low versus PCDHGA7-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
