PCDHGA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,748 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA2, SYNPO2_S729, and TES_S168. Each is linked with PCDHGA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA5-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHGA5 versus ANXA2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
