PCDHGA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,566 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS27, CCNB1, and GPR3. Each is linked with PCDHGA4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS27 grouped by PCDHGA4-low versus PCDHGA4-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
