PCDHGA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Cyclin-B1, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with PCDHGA10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA10-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by PCDHGA10-low versus PCDHGA10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
