PCDHGA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDHGA10 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,650 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL7A1, MYH7B, and TDRD6. Each is linked with PCDHGA10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA10-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COL7A1 grouped by PCDHGA10-low versus PCDHGA10-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
