PCDHB7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,633 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, PGAM5, and DSCC1. Each is linked with PCDHB7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB7-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRMT5 grouped by PCDHB7-low versus PCDHB7-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
