The most reproducible PCDHB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MST1P2, MST1L, and DMC1. Each is linked with PCDHB5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB5-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB5 results are reported.
