Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,542 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM136A, UHRF1, and CDCA2. Each is linked with PCDHB5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB5-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM136A grouped by PCDHB5-low versus PCDHB5-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
