Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDHB5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 594 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM64B, G6PC, and VRTN. Each is linked with PCDHB5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB5-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM64B grouped by PCDHB5-low versus PCDHB5-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
