PCDHB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,446 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINF1, ISLR, and DIP2C. Each is linked with PCDHB4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB4 versus SERPINF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
