Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCCIP, YWHAE, and MRPS27. Each is linked with PCDHB14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB14-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB14 results are reported.
