PCDHB12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,016 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIP2C, SP110_S380, and NADK_S46. Each is linked with PCDHB12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB12-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB12 versus DIP2C in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
