Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,107 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESPNL, LINC02612, and PQBP1. Each is linked with PCDHB12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB12-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB12 versus ESPNL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
