PCDHB12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,923 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC3A2, PSPC1, and MYO19. Each is linked with PCDHB12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB12-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC3A2 grouped by PCDHB12-low versus PCDHB12-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
