Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCDHB11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PCDHB11 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PCDHB11 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCDHB11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, PRAD, and COAD are the cancer types where PCDHB11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
