Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCDHB11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PCDHB11 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher PCDHB11 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCDHB11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LSCC and UCEC are the cancer types where PCDHB11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
