Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 883 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERC2, GGTA2P, and CELF4. Each is linked with PCDHB11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB11-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
