Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHAC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,868 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHAC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R9A_S840, ARHGEF17, and PSIP1. Each is linked with PCDHAC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHAC2-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHAC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHAC2 versus PPP1R9A_S840 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
