PCDHAC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,791 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, GNPDA1, and DAD1. Each is linked with PCDHAC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHAC1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRMT5 grouped by PCDHAC1-low versus PCDHAC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
