Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,713 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, CDCA2, and TIPIN. Each is linked with PCDHA5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA5-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
