PCDHA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,518 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHA2, PCDHA5, and PCDHA1. Each is linked with PCDHA3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA3-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHA3 versus PCDHA2 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
