Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRM3, HSPA9, and CCT7. Each is linked with PCDHA3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA3-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA3 results are reported.
