PCDHA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 4E-BP1, and Rb_pS807_S811. Each is linked with PCDHA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA3-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by PCDHA3-low versus PCDHA3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
