Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCDHA13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PCDHA13 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PCDHA13 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCDHA13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PCDHA13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
