The most reproducible PCDHA12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagy of mitochondrion, Obsolete selective autophagy, and Autophagosome maturation. Each is linked with PCDHA12 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA12-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA12 results are reported.
