PCDHA12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHA12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHA12-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and PCNA. Each is linked with PCDHA12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA12-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by PCDHA12-low versus PCDHA12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHA12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHA12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
