PCDH9-AS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH9-AS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,357 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH9-AS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, NES_S1418, and ZNRF2_S135. Each is linked with PCDH9-AS4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH9-AS4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH9-AS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDH9-AS4 versus FERMT2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH9-AS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH9-AS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
