PCDH8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,510 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM12, BIRC5, and SET. Each is linked with PCDH8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH8-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSM12 grouped by PCDH8-low versus PCDH8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
