PCDH8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, FoxM1, and PCNA. Each is linked with PCDH8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH8-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by PCDH8-low versus PCDH8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
