PCDH8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDH8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,031 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATG4D, HAUS8, and ZIC5. Each is linked with PCDH8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH8-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATG4D grouped by PCDH8-low versus PCDH8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
